Golden Glitter

Golden glitter
Falls across your chest
My eyes tightly shut
As I embrace you
Threatening to never let go
And as you surround me with
Your animate arms
You terrorize me with the same warning
You pressure me, saying
Don’t ever let go
But I’m not scared
