Golden Corn

Walk the ears of golden corn
This dewy bright angelic dawn
Let the suns rays beat on me
About this heart be revelry

Let the fragrance fill my mind
And natures love to be so kind
The mood that sunbeams bring
This my realm and I'd be king

And I would rule this yellow bed
Peace would flow and love be fed
And you lady would be my Queen
Beating hearts would reign serene

Golden corn, golden hearts
The moon calls, sun departs
All about now gently sleeps
Ears of corn our secret keeps

Walking through this golden field must have been quite an experience, Daniel! Sharing the fragrance and golden mood with your loved one as king and queen would be wonderful indeed! Enjoyed this very much. Love, Carolyn
