Going On With the Show Chapter Three

Let's hope it's second time lucky,
I've got another date,
It's the 28th of October,
Not too long to wait.
I should just about heal in time,
For when I go away,
With my wonderful Husband,
I can't wait for that day.
As long as I take it easy,
Which we're planning to do,
We won't have anything to rush for,
Together, I know we'll get through.
Nothing's going to ruin,
Our Silver Anniversary trip,
We can handle,
My operation blip.
I'll do my exercises,
I'll take it easy until we go,
I know I'm taking a chance,
But I want to get on with the show.
