God's Plan

God had a plan
I did not know
One rainy night
He was called to go

To heaven he went
To fill Gods plan
One so wonderful
Only he would understand

A guardian Angel
My son became
To watch over his mother
And keep me sane

I see your face
When I look toward the moon
The thing that keeps me going
I know I'll see you soon

God take care of my son
You took him away
He was only eighteen
He should be here today

I'll never forgive you
I'll never know why
You took him away
You let him die

It's not fair
It's not right
You took him from me
On one rainy night

Please forgive me
I can not pray
To a god
Who took my son away

I miss him so much
Everyday I cry
I try to understand
But I'll Never know why

God please forgive me
Release me of this pain
God please forgive me
It's you who I blame

My son died in a car accident on a rainy Sept. day in 2017. Writing I have found is the only thing that shows any signs of healing in my heart. Thank you for reading.

I am so sorry, so sad for you. I cannot fathom this loss. There are no words that can help. I am sure your son has read these words and smiles at you from heaven for it is a tribute to him.
