Gods of Egypt and Rome

passion and grapes
elixir of lots
     life mingled
     with venom

     power and youth
brush fire fingers

     flickering
          burning
               yearning

    caesarean coins
weigh down the neck

of the divine
so called
basket of snakes

This was very cool Kim. Kind of like finding a book that hasn't been open in a hundred year and perusing the pages.
