Gods Love

God is great God is grand
He will always hold out his hand
His love will never be bland
God will always let you play in his band
Gods command will always be in high demand
While waiting for us in the holy land
Forever I will stand by his right or left hand
Gods love I will never withstand
I pray I will never be damned
Or make my lord reprimand
For things I do not understand
His love is priceless like pearls on a strand
The warmth of his embrace will still be there when everything has turned to sand
Even if this is what he has planned
I will do what I can to follow anything he might demand
To my lord I will always be a fan
