God's Gifts

God's Gifts

Food enough to feed His people
Land for each to have and share
Waters fresh to quench our thirst
Scents of flowers in the air

Many strong to help the feeble
Knowledge gained from errors past
The Holy Word within our reach
Time enough for play to last

Tears of joy and those of not
Friends with love and friends of need
Ability to practice what one may
A life to live the way believed

The most precious gift is His Bridge
2000 years since it was made
Now one and all can find God's way
For this to be. His Son He gave
