God Reigns Forever: the Lord Knows Best
God, the Lord, reigns* graciously omnipotent
Offering willingly His compassion-wealth
Directing hearts toward His joyous peace…
Redeemer of souls, granting life eternal
Empowering salvation of assurance-echo
Illumining minds against falsity’s blur
Guarding with truths, biblically sound
Nurturing faith against doubt-sink
Satisfying spirits upon contentment gain…
Forever, the Almighty prevails, loving us so
Opening to us heaven along blessings’ flow
Restoring our lives with forgiveness bliss…
Enabling faithful stewardship of trust-climb
Verily upholding us by His omniscience
Everlasting is His might, securing all of His…
Resting in His grace, we thank Him Who knows best.

This is the very first time that I wrote a "genuine double acrostic" with the first and last letters of each line forming an acrostic.
