It's now seven straight days of rain.
It just exacerbates my pain.
Gone is the sun and sky of blue.
God it seems is crying for you.
What sorrow your passing has brought.
You left me so sad and distraught.
I cannot believe it's all true.
God it seems is crying for you.
I reminisce about the years.
I cannot avoid shedding tears.
Can I accept your life is through?
God it seems is crying for you.
There's no denying that you're gone.
I know that I must carry on.
At times, I won't know what to do.
