God Is My Friend
Please don’t cry my child.
I am by your side.
I will carry your worries
And I will forgive your sins.
Feel my arms wrapped around you
Let my love in
Walk in my righteousness
And sing my name.
Forget about the chains that hold you captive tonight
Satan just wants to fight
Remind yourself I am truth
I am life
I am inside of you my dear.
I am God and I hear your tears.
Find comfort in me and you will see.
That everything will be ok.
