God Hates Everyone Except Me

God Hates Everyone Except Me

By Elton Camp

The good “reverend” likes to have his say
Against absolutely everyone and every way

His belief is the only one that’s correct
Eternity in hellfire all others can expect

So that it wouldn’t come as a surprise
To speak for him, God did authorize

At least that’s the preacher’s claim
So all others he just loves to shame

Making signs was costing quite a bit
So he produced one that all matters fit

He wrote, in large print, for all to see
“God Hates Everyone Except Me”

If protesting funerals or reviling a gay
He can march, hold the sign up and bray

Well like my mom told me when you point a finger at someone three are folded back pointing at yourself. Nicely said

Thankfully, as far as I know, such extreme fanaticism has been seen only in the cruel antics of the Westboro Baptist Church. They should be ashamed of themselves, in my opinion. Elton
