God Bless Our Africa

An amazing place where Africans belong
For that is where they were born
Such a loving home she is
A cradle of overflowing blessings
Perfectly designed for destiny
As we rise in the morning
Anoint our feet with your Favour
While we walk on her fertile ground
We look around, as we aspire for her to thrive
And declare words of life upon the entire Continent
So that her children can be content
While they do their best to let her to blossom
Lord, you have gifted her enormously
From belly to bosom within each one of her borders
The East, South, North and West are endless treasures
This is a land where ageless wisdom is abundant
Privileged that she is our Motherland
And we are her children
This is where our forefathers ever lived
They practiced their unique ways of life
That is why, without her in our lives
We have no other point of reference
Even when we are diverse
We wish her well in our hearts
Our prayer as brothers and sisters is one
God bless our Africa
