Written: December 19, 2023 ____________________________________________ In silken sheen of grace with gleaming, auric strings wedged ambrosian wonder; once shown in ancient space tough, spark us to ponder. In silken sheen of grace and I stroked the mauve scent, and snow fell on the frame with all plush of my heart I sense it least would claim. In silken sheen of grace, I searched for unique yarns what a charmed loom may pose that caught the season's bloom; they held their blossoms close. In silken sheen of grace the hazy breath of gold the zooming, meager flame, Its charm shielding my heart, counting each one by name.

Oh my, this is such a magnificent poem for this poetic form, dear Sotto! You really excelled in the artistic way of painting a tapestry of beauty and emotions whilst following the rhyme pattern, syllable rules and the repetition..Wow, I'm speechless..The theme that you've chosen is absolutely profound and I really love your glorious wordplay here "In silken sheen of grace", "And I stroked the mauve scent","The hazy breath of gold","With gleaming, auric strings",,Wedged ambrosian wonder" Gorgeous

Dear Sotto you smashed this form out of the park... your poem is a masterful exploration of beauty, time and the intricate threads that weave the fabric of existence.... Each line is decorated with poetic elegance that invites readers to immerse themselves in the sensory and emotional landscape you've crafted.. I think this one will be a top winner.. You have made the form look easy, I have never done one of these, but will try soon...

Brilliant take on this form which flows so well and i love the concept you’ve gone for too dr sotto, glued quilt. Which is very deep and intriguing and the way you’ve rhymed your lines here too are excellent. I especially love “ In silken sheen of grace I searched for unique yarns.“ deep and heartfelt “ The hazy breath of gold The zooming, meager flame, Its charm shielding my heart, “ so evocative and descriptive how you’ve written those lines and last line too. If this is for the contest BOL

Lasaad, my friend, your opening line, "silken sheen of grace," is truly inspired as the rest of your poem flows, like a silken thread, from its splendor - "stroked the mauve scent!" You have crafted a marvel in a "hazy breath of gold" that invites me to "ponder" all of these wonders and count "each one by name." Marvelous, dear friend. If this is for a contest, best wishes. Sending you Christmas joy and peace.
