Glisten Carefully

My mind is so
                  twisted—
                  I'm physically
                  twisting.... My spine
                                     like
                                   a
                           spiral
                staircase;

     Glistening.

                 Screaming for help,
                                 But no one
                                 is listening—
                         'Cause
                          whenever
                          they ask,

I'm too busy whispering....
