Glass Bangles
If that rainbow could be molded
Into a perfect circle of love
I’d wear them on my wrists
Made of molten glass that twists
Embellished with stars
Stolen from the night
Clinking and jingling kaleidoscope
A soothing sound and sight
My eye’s reflect each colour
Bouncing off the sun’s light
Twirling them around and around
Dangling the rainbow on my wrists
While my mind gently roams
Lovely to hear, dancing on air
But when it breaks it stings like a bee
Bangles in coloured motion sets me free!
