Giving Up On Me
Through the months things have been hard,
I tell you it's hard,
And all you do is tell me to to give up.
You have no faith in me..
You don't push me to succeed,
Hear me say its hard,
You try to take me out of it.
I don't understand what you want me to do...
The thirst for faith,
For praise,
For telling me " it will be ok "
But you don't give me that..
You say you want me to succeed,
But do you honestly?
You want me to push myself as far as i can go..?
Then let me feel it
Stop going against me because I think it's hard.
I know it's going to be hard,
I know it's not going to be easy...
But you make me feel like you are giving up on me....
I need you,
If I'm going to get through this... Because I won't quit.
I'm not a quitter.
I fight for what I need.
