Giving Back

There are those,
who say their your friends.
But when things goes south,
They run away.

Very many,
of so called friends,
that I had.
To many to count.

But those who stay.
Stay with ya thick and thin.
Even when you gave up,
they still stock you back in.

Those are once in a life time.
Once in a blue moon.
But their out there,
and they will show up.

I have few friends of these.
That I go to,
when I have,
no one else to.

I haven't treated them fair.
As Fair as they should.
For I go crazy,
and my mind goes beyond.

They bring me back,
and show me,
right,
from wrong.

I appreciate them,
more than words alone.
I would give my life for them.
Or a couple of hours to listen.

They don't know,
that their mostly,
All I have on,
on this Island so bad.

I appreciate all they do.
And Wish to give back.
But its not about,
how much you give.

Just by being there,
is enough.
I hope,
I pray.

That I can be there for them.
Showing them that I do care.
