Can anything be explained
Do we really feel what we feel
Do we convince ourselves to feel
Are emotions factual or accurate
Can we honestly say that we know someone
Pathetic, despicable
No one understands
Who really cares
Are we really alone
Does anyone really love anyone
Does pain exist
Is it a state of mind
State of being
Are things ever what they seem
I want no more
Can’t help myself
May continue no longer
