Give the Man Alone a Loan
GIVE THE MAN ALONE A LOAN
in all regards i am in arrears
for all but tears
i all regards i am bankrupt,
incorrigible and completely corrupt
i am incredibly insolvent
as i avoid personal involvement
i am oftentimes a brute
and undeniably destitute
this is the way I've lived for years
in arrears
corruption corrodes my credit and more
and i am patently poor
i have no assets
and place only losing bets
i have no skill
with only time to kill
i never qualify for a loan
and no one will throw me a bone
for me the sky above never clears
since i am in all ways and always in arrears
