Give Me Strength
Give me strength Lord I feel like I'm bout to brake
help me to stay in your word for Christ names sake
I feel as though I need you now than ever before
you know the desires of my heart but I need you even more
give me the strength you gave Daniel when he was in the lions den
help me to rebuke Satan like Christ did time and time again
I know my flesh is weak but my spirit is willing
I need you to ease all of this pain that I'm feeling
strengthen me to pass every test from day till night
let your light shine on me help me to stand upright
I need you Lord to redeem me of my worldly sins
forgive me for the wrong I did I just wanna be born again
I need your strength because mines is empty
threw everything I'm facing I need your spirit to stay with me
I thank you Lord for puttin up with all my mess
when I think about me following Christ
how could I not say yes
