Give me a Camper from 1962
If I had a tidy, honest, fun-loving camper home from 1962
I would be so thrilled, I would not know what to do
It has always been my wish to have one in aqua and pink.
With ruffled polka dotted curtains above the kitchen sink
Matching furniture for the campfire yard would be fine.
I would sit there with my friend, and we would dine.
On root beer, waiting for our smores to melt into sweet mush.
I can almost hear the forest darkening down into a gentle hush.
