Ghost
Roaming the empty halls
stardust is all I've found
memories of long ago
and I'm forgotten
but homebound
Closing these dusty cupboards
like everything
nothing really mattered
sometimes i can hear my own teeth chatter
and i know I'm too far away
from the places i should be sleeping
Reliving this sacred dance
close to the eclipse
but i have no chance
basking in my ignorance
I know i am indifferent
to everything that surrounds me
as these memories overwhelm me
Opening the closed doors
back to the way
everything was before
and now i know
I'm lost for sure
to everything stretching open
inside of me.
