Ghastly

wheatgrasses of morn
  ringlets tattered by maelstorm-
I lay on dirt path, wailing

into night's refrain
 quill darts on  flamed papyrus
ghastly the boogeyman's haunt

"do you know how hard it is to sleep in the rain" or sit in the heat where the concrete cracks and watch the world pass by with no place to go...sorry my friend I couldn't help myself..as the picture you painted became real to me..good luck in the contest
