Getting On With Life

Learning over and over to make concessions, making do with what I've got and where I am contented in the home I am allotted. Watching older women and men passing, with a smile on their face and I wonder if they know, when I smile back, how much I care and how much we have in-common. Until I am allowed again, in my little space within, I ponder for answers. The direction for me is always the same: “Forgiveness, understanding and unconditional love.” Grateful to the source I cannot see yet strongly feel its protection and peace, I am whole again and ready to face the next challenge.
