Get Those Sounds Off My Mind

Every time
I just finish crying,
Finish fighting,
Finish trying.
In a world where:
No one loves me,
No one will miss me,
No one wants to hold me all night.
I’ve no friends
Everyone looks at me & roll their eyes.
Oh lord !
Hold me all night & day
Or you should just stay with me
Keep me safe - steal my pains
Put your arms around me tightly - maybe you should just wrap around me
I can’t face being alone
Make the darkness go away
Get those sounds out of my mind
Set me free
