If Levis had been banned from the temple on the Sabbath, who would have heard of Gershon? There have always been a shortage of happy Hebrews, so it did not take long for one to claim it should be Gershom, Gershomites became Gershomighties, which Americans converted to, "Gosh All Mighty".
