Geraniums

Disgruntled ragged geraniums
in my window
curse September
for shutting out the
sun that was a glorious summer

I'm with the geraniums. Give me hot days and beaches. Vince

Love this one! One of my favorite flowers...red geraniums...and yes, they do look rather poorly after the long hot summer! This poem was like looking here at my front porch....are you my neighbor?? ~~ Best wishes...Carrie
