Gentle Zephyrs

Where do they go, these ghostly figures From our famous Poetry Soup site They're loyal fans for a month or so Then poof... this apparition takes flight Like gentle zephyrs, they float in and out We really don't get to know them Consensus is, they may not exist Just an illusion from somebody's pen Glory be, who are these strange creatures I'm sure they'll cause us no harm Just some figments of the creative process They don't mean to set off an alarm Wish they would stay around for a while So we could get to know them a bit The next Shakespeare could be among them Or the next Carol Eastman... what a wit! © Jack Ellison 2013

That's Me! That's Me!... Wayyy Coool! Boy is my dragon going to be jealous! My Hubby's going to see this one, too... You want me to get my dragon to round up those Zephyrs? It might give him some thing constructive to do... And he's as flighty as they come... Get it.. Dragon, Flighty, Fly... I'll put him on it... as soon as I can get him of my favorite couch... LOL
