Gentle Rains

Venomous snakes, hard rains savage
   Mercury, Venus and Mars
hissing like boas and rattlers
   plunging into rocky reservoirs

On Earth, gentle rains dance lightly
   atop welcoming green lawns
Perfuming Spring's warm, soft air
   refreshing the world at dawn

Mercury, Venus and Mars..Are they your neighboring cities..lol..There was rain with feary lighting in our place.. lovely poem Gershon..

This IS like all the other planets, all space, with, SO FAR, this one blue-green, teeny tiny gem in the universe that is so lovely! Heads up for May 16th where a crescent moon and two planets will give us a Cheshire grin (moon smile, 2 planets the eyes). That should bring a little levity! The universe, not only granting us Springtime but a giant Happy Face too!
