Genesis
In the beginning there was a light
in her eyes so magnetic
it could pull darkness
from the soul
A brilliance so electric & bold that
sparks flew whenever
her presence was drawn
Being with her was like the dawn
of a new day
fresh & uplifting
in every way
The shining sun rested above
her head in such a way
like a halo & thoughts
to be read
All whom she encountered were
left sifting through
mental pictures of her
running interference in
their minds
Her sublime appearance was
second to none & made
one bare thoughts that left
them feeling naked & had
I reach so that you feel her
description until the
whole of her has been
grasped
She held the globe in her hands
like a pliable ball
being readied for a
game
The father of all broke the mold
when making her anew
as there was none like her
before or since to be named
Let there be light is a phrase
that seemed right & appropriate
when she came
into view
The light in those eyes was
like a candle
in a dark room
where all you seen
was the flame
We've all been witness to
the brilliance of her creation
& the light she exudes
One look into her eyes without
shades & a soul
is never the same
This is my opinion of her
& what I deem to
to be true
