Gare

there's still time I asked looking at the train tracks on top they are pure steel but further down I think that are shadows between stones and sleepers I've undone this path thousand times I wandered around like a future ghost looking for entry in exits someone always calls back they scream from somewhere they mumble: life will heat up is there still time I asked like a few minutes I want to review these tracks make sure the world is right if the keys turn in the locks hear the friendly sound again someone happy washing their car brushing rugs and not just someone waving and screaming 'look, the train is coming!'
