Gardened
Burst out the dark wood
tearing laughter through the sunned blued sky
cartwheeled I spin
breath sucks in between grinned teeth
I pause
slammed by beauty
green gives way to a burst of wild flowers
swaying giggling naked across a field
overwhelmed I cry run dive roll
into the kaleidoscope of perfume
inhale I drink
flowered I am brushed
blushed they rush about me
curl curve entwine between grasping clutching fingers
enveloped caressed in soft tickling petals
I hug them to my breast
I breath
believe
I press them wet dripping fragrant
to bruised giddy lips
I shove velvety crimson petals into my mouth
puckered violet explosions
scream ecstatic
I taste sweet words
sentences
psalms
paragraphed I am speechless
His beauty surrounds
caresses in whispered winds
engulfs
drowns me
in light
I open my mouth
butterflies dragonflies fireflies
flutter out free
I swim in the earth
fill my mouth with truth
I swallow
the garden
