Garden

You are a body that grows flowers.
A sacred garden.
Your vulnerability paints kindness
And gentleness.
You smell of charity; desires to only
Regal the earth beauty till you wither.

You, be nourished with the tears of the rain!
And rely upon the unfolding of more blooms!

No. Do no let anyone ravish you.
Ask first.
Are you committed to sit with me
Through all the seasons?

In the meantime, be the most charitable
Garden for everyone to behold.
Be kind and gentle. Be beautiful!
It will be a flowery death.

That last line strikes like a flash of brilliant red rose.

Very nice, Daughter of the Moon, I will sit in your garden through all seasons if you recite to me your lovely poetry.

Thank you for the visit and the beautiful words, Phil. It warms my heart to know that you would be willing to sit in my garden and hear my poetry :)
