Game Over
You’ve got me playing your silly game
For far too long that I can’t remember
When it first began
You’ve won every time
But now I’m calling the shots.
Every trap you set
I leap like a gizelle to avoid the snap
Each pitfall I found myself in
I crawled right out in a second.
It’s the same old pattern
All the tricks you’ve pulled
I see right through them
You can’t pull the wool over my eyes.
You had your fun
But the table’s been flipped
Pieces scatter against the floor
Table placed back up
While I set up a new game.
You won’t know what’s in store
You can’t predict these moves
You got no power ups
You got no “Get out of Jail” card
For this is a game
You can’t win.
My moves will get you lost
In a labyrinth of confusion
Where you can’t make heads or tails
Sweet talk won’t win you points
It only earns you penalties.
This game is next level
Difficulty set to Hard
You got no chance in hell
Your tricks won’t save you here
It’s game over for you.
