Gain
Deeper than deep that poignant feel,
Intent to see the blessing here;
Ask peace to heap a lasting thrill,
Be what may be a hidden cheer;
Explore the fest in fond embrace,
Touch helps you face that hurting pain;
Expect the best to greet fine grace,
Sense a clear trace of healing gain.
Mind and heart know a better way,
Endow grand wit with rhymes that spring;
Love frames the show that joy prompts play,
Live well each bit as troubles fling;
Indulge each tear that pains your heart,
Take things that come with calmness still;
Urge hope to cheer all wounded parts,
Stand with sure sums and live goodwill.
