Fury Meets Charm
She charmed me with a smile and calmly spoken words
words which had a lulling effect on the storm inside me
the storm of anger brewing inside me already radiating
i knew she felt the warmth radiated by my body as i grew hot
i knew she was a bit vexed but she wasn't allowing it to show
choosing to call me my dear and the smile oh... am disarmed
Slowly my anger webbed out and i found me smiling at her
totally taken in by her calm exterior and that inner charm
she made me feel relaxed and i opened up easily to her
she made me forget why i was angry.. accepting her solution
the answer would have faced my rejection..if another offered
her assurances making me apologize for she was very lovely
shes' the reception at my coordinators office at the campus
the gracious coordinator inst in today.. she did lets off that..
tomorrow the principle wont' be in either shes on a function
you can bet i will be there and the day after.. for really who needs
who needs anger management therapy when you can meet her....
the most charming lady she just smiles and you forget the fury.. a she
