Fully Alive
Fully alive, every time I hear you smile,
I seem to be in denial of who I am, for you to be with.
Even though your still beside with me, I seem to check every minute,
to see if you would gather your senses and then decide to breach me.
I don't know how I tricked you, to see something in me so delighting;
fully alive, every time I hear you smile,
you are like a child with much more wisdom, but you cry easily at timid things.
But I want not to add to your sorrow, for I would wither if the pain came from me.
The warmth of your hand in mine I cherish all the time,
excited to feel my skin kiss your skin with a ritual greet that is so special to me.
Fully alive, ever time I hear you smile;
imagine my bliss, when you do more than just want my hold...
Quiddative I am, for I am scared soon that I shall wake up from this dream.
How I wonder of your heart to beat for mine, when It could thrive on better.
You ponder at my thoughts and touch me; which makes me quiver and you laugh.
Fully alive, every time I hear you smile.
