Frozen

Most nights
I wake up
My hearts beat fills the dead silence
I raise my hand
Panic fills my everything
Each fingers is frozen
Paralyzed
I exhale trying to calm down
Cause in a second
My frozen fingers had life once again
No matter how many times this happens
Panic still fills my everything.
