Frozen
Is it you that I see
Looking out so thoughtfully
In your mind, do you ever feel adrift?
Like the wind filling the sail’s
On an old wreck of a ship
Slowly disappearing out at sea
Will you forever be
Lost in my memory
It’s hard as I watch you drift away
Into the dark rain you slip
Lost inside the waves hidden rips
There is silence on the frozen artists lips
Will you forever be
Lost in your memory
Sailing out the world on many ships
If it’s you that I see
Watching out so thoughtfully
I would say I love you, but it’s frozen on my lips
