Frozen
Sometimes my heart freezes
From the cold people
And dark thoughts
I let into my life
I feel empty and hopeless
Frozen in time
Barely alive
Like my heart isn't mine
But you melted the ice
And for the first time in a long time
My heart feels so full and warm
And my mind
Feels something beautiful
Something better than just fine
