From Worse To Better
Back then it wasn't possible
We were two different people
Our points of view were opposite
We never got along
I never thought this would happen
The pieces never fit
All the fights and anger
Weren't going to go away
But then I realized I missed you
and that there were good times too
Then I saw you smiling at me
And everything changed
You made me smile
All my sadness started to fade
Smiles came to my face
the pieces started to fit
I love being around you now
Nothing could make me happier
Your touch is so calming
I couldn't stand to be without you
Life took a turn
From worse to better
Because of you
And everything you've done for me
Don't ever quit smiling
you're too wonderful to be sad
Don't be scared
Because I wouldn't leave your side
Everything changed
And i'm glad it did
Because i'm the lucky one
To see the real you.
