From the Wreckage

From the wreckage of the past comes a new beginning,
The willingness to stand and fight against the wind.
Anything overpowering will now be the weaker.
My past will be gone and so will my sins.

What got me to this point I care not to really remember
Here I am now, however, gazing at a new bright sun.
This world shall be mine, I say to you, strongly,
Believing in myself, for I will always be number one.

Be assured, I will not abandon those friends from my past,
But I have to forget all of the darkness, those sorrows.
Look at me now, friends, as I stand so strong and proud
Unwavering in the winds, with dreams of better tomorrows.
