From the Womb
Children of light and fire;
Born of Mother Earth’s womb;
Opalescent, shimmers;
Elemental stories,
Told by nature, herself
And sculpted, some may be.
Earth, air, fire, water
All combine and fuse;
And Mother gives birth;
But we must release;
We dig for treasures.
Faceted lights,
Refract color;
Wheel of life spins
A stone rainbow.
Like me they
Once were dust;
Now precious,
Treasured
Baubles;
Gems.
