From the Other Side
You are being gently guided home at the break of dawn
I can see her hand scanning the stars from the sky
yesterday was a given but today is a real gift
I can see you gently being guided home, your almost there
She lit the lanterns on your front porch
then she kissed your soul as you flew to the far and wide
You thought you were made of hyde my friend
but your were wrong you are cut from a human cloth of cotton
She shook you real hard as the light came pouring out
she gently took you home again, by the road less traveled
She lit a torch and she walked with you in silence,
even though you said no thank you, I do not need a ride
She was being what she always is and was
an Angel with attitude a kick ass partner, from the other side.
