From My Heart
From my heart, there comes a whisper
The aching yearning…
For love that lives – forever and always
Abiding through the hard times,
Never giving up or fading,
Always so amazing
From my heart, there comes a sigh
Breathless desire…
Dreaming and conspiring
With the light – the love, so alive
Abiding on the inside, where I know
There is a hope that will continue to grow
From my heart, there comes a promise
The mysterious secret…
The unending prayer for this love
That is forever alive, always inside…
Never doubting – never leaving
Always giving, always believing
From my heart, there comes a breath
Assurance that I am blessed…
By this wisdom, this faith, this joy
Who is just as real as the hope it gives
With the stirring of grace, the mercy,
The love so alive – it shines like the Son!
From my heart… I’ve only just begun
To give all I am… with love so authentic
It awakens the best there is,
Inspires, restores, awakens so much more…
Love that is forever and always… giving
