From John To Sarah
I received your message, Mother —
and the courage you gave me,
served me well
Our terrifying fate, we have properly discerned:
the machines’ termination decree
has been permanently overturned
We humans lit a temporal bomb fuse,
and watched those tin toaster bastards burn
Us living souls do honor the bravely deceased,
above all —
my fearless father, Tech corporal Kyle Reese
I lovingly thank you, Mother,
no words could ever express
my deepest gratitude ...
You sacrificed your life
to hide my identity
Sarah, you died
machine oppression free
That maternal valor
have served this hardened soldier well
A part of me died on the inside,
ever since that pox day in battle you fell
But now, I ...
John, your son can breath again
I place flowers and good news
upon your grave,
as we ring loudly the liberty bells —
We smashed those scrap metal bastards to hell!
