From despair to butterfly
Silently, from afar
She watches and waits
Who will blink first?
The guilty or innocent
Victims, both; trapped
Prisoners; feelings hurt
Betrayal, a bitter pill
Who'll comfort my child?
A long cold war rages
No clear victor in sight
Diplomacy doesn't work
Cause for mea culpa
To breach the boundary
Undercover; a Trojan horse
In a heart gone cold
