I love your list! Funny for me when I moved here in 1993...walking into an antique store and seeing my dad’s poloroid! LOL!!!

Hahahaha I think this is why I LOVE vintage antique stores and flea markets. So many memories!

I think I'll hold off on Face-time until they invent a "Morning Mask" like Jane Jetson had! hahahaha! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0idWiHiasKg

I fear what is next...with us baby boomers heading into our second childhoods; I fear that we'll be medically treated by robots...if one malfunctions; we could end up with our head pulled off! I don't know why people think technology is so great; it's created by fallible humans so it stands to reason that it is fallible. I think you've covered everything here.

I was not quite sure of the order, but pretty sure. My husband loves technology. We bought an Olivetti 231 in 1984, and they told us it was the first Word Processor SOLD anywhere west of the Mississippi River at that time.

Nice line drive of the progression of gadgets. I have a cell phone from one of those free places...and I just learned to answer the thing...sort of!

My cell phone did not ring for a year. I had no worries about it, and did not even care as I did not find the messages either. Everyone complained except me. It was lovely. A year of silence. Then some phone store guy figured out that the case held down the RING button.
