From a Police Report

"Attention, poet! 
Drop the mike,
let the word hostages (plural, noun) go
and get out with your hands up!
A step to the side will be considered an escape from reality."

P.S.: The suspect repeatedly ignored commands to throw down his sharp quill and threatened the officer (singular, noun) to rewrite his life.
