From a Distance
On a bright distant sun, far, far away,
In between the distance, an emptiness, full of no sound,
A light that has no bounds, alone in the universe,
A writers dream, but more like a victim of curse,
The shadows of doubt, are never out of reach,
Like a lost fable, or a professor who lost their banter to teach,
There will always be the escape, through one of the closed doors,
Oh how we contemplate, which one will provide us more,
A change in the scenery is considered the best choice,
It surrounds us forever, but no one can hear our voice,
Where does it take us, on this unplanned adventure that carries no course,
Could it all be in the stars, or is it from our own man made force?
